We answer every email. Usually within 24 hours, sometimes faster.
Open Settings → Prayer → Calculation method and pick the convention your community uses. The default (Muslim World League) suits most regions but is not universal. ISNA fits most US/Canada. Umm al-Qura is Saudi Arabia. Karachi covers Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh.
If a specific prayer is still a few minutes off, use Settings → Prayer → Iqamah offsets to align each prayer individually with your local mosque's Adhan/Iqamah.
Open the Qibla screen and move your iPhone in a figure-of-eight motion. The CoreLocation compass needs roughly 5 seconds of motion to calibrate. Keep the phone away from large metal objects (laptops, steel beams, fridges) and magnets.
If accuracy stays poor, your device may need an OS-level magnetometer recalibration. Toggle Compass Calibration in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → System Services.
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for — that's standard Apple behaviour. You'll lose access to Pro features the day after the period ends.
To check your current subscription status: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NoorPath.
On any device signed into the same Apple ID, open the paywall (Settings → Upgrade or any locked feature) and tap Restore purchases. Apple will re-issue the entitlement transaction and Pro will unlock.
The AI runs through our backend. If the backend is briefly down, the rest of the app continues to work normally — prayer times, Qur'an, Qibla, dhikr, and saved hadiths all run on-device. Daily hadith and full-corpus hadith search need the backend too.
If the outage lasts more than an hour, write us — we likely already know but a fresh report always helps.
NoorPath stores everything only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no cloud account to disable. Bookmarks, dhikr counts, prayer logs, and reading positions all live in the app's local SwiftData store.
NoorPath doesn't process refunds directly — Apple is the seller of record for App Store purchases. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the NoorPath charge, and pick a reason. Apple usually decides within 48 hours.
Email support@noorpathi.com with a description and, if it's a visual bug, a screenshot. If it's a crash, include the iOS version and roughly what you were doing before it happened.
Write to support@noorpathi.com with as much detail as you can share — iOS version, NoorPath version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when the problem appeared. We read everything.
